Privacy notice

This notice explains what we collect on this purchase site and why. It does not cover your restaurant’s customers; your delivered system is governed by your own notice.

Draft pending legal review. This page is provided for information and is not yet a final legal document; the binding terms are those confirmed at the time of purchase.

1Data controller

  • ENS Software is the controller of the data collected on this site.
  • For any request about your data, contact us at info@ens.eg or on WhatsApp +971 55 156 3685.
  • The applicable data protection law is pending legal review for the markets this site serves.

2What we collect before payment

  • Business name, contact name, phone number and email.
  • The purpose: recording the order, issuing the payment, and contacting you about it.
  • This data is necessary to complete the sale. The purchase cannot be completed without it.

3What we collect after payment

  • The restaurant name as it will appear to customers, the logo file, and the primary and accent colours.
  • Any file or clarification you upload at our request from the tracking link.
  • The sole purpose of these materials is configuring the system and rebranding. They are not used for anything else.

4Payment data

  • Payment is processed entirely by Skrill. Card details are entered on Skrill, not on this site.
  • We do not receive or store card numbers or verification codes on our servers.
  • We keep the order number, payment status, amount, currency and the Skrill transaction reference.
  • Skrill processes your payment as an independent controller under its own policies, which may include transfers outside your country.

5The tracking link

  • The tracking link is random and not derived from the order number, so it cannot be guessed.
  • We do not store the link text itself, only a cryptographic fingerprint of it.
  • The page is not indexed by search engines. Anyone holding the link can see the project status, so share it only with people you trust.

6Who sees your data

  • Skrill, the payment provider, under its own terms.
  • The hosting provider running this site’s servers.
  • The ENS team authorised to fulfil your order, through an internal console protected by a password and not indexed.
  • Google, for the measurement and advertising data described in the cookies section below — browsing data that does not include your name or contact details.
  • We do not sell contact data, do not share it for advertising, and do not pass it to a third party beyond the above except under a legal order.

7Cookies and measurement

  • We use Google tools for measurement and advertising on the sales pages: Google Analytics to measure visits, and Google Ads to learn which ad led to a purchase.
  • These tools place files on your device and collect the pages you visited, the time of the visit, the device type, the country, your source, and a random identifier for your device.
  • We do not send Google your name, phone, email, order number or receipt.
  • Google processes this data as an independent recipient under its policies, which may include transfers outside your country.
  • You can refuse this tracking by blocking cookies in your browser settings or with an ad blocker; the site works fully without them and your purchase is unaffected.
  • The technical session cookies — for the internal console and your order tracking link — are essential to operation and have nothing to do with advertising.

8Retention

  • We keep order and project data for the duration of the work and for two years after delivery, for accounting and warranty purposes.
  • Uploaded identity files are deleted at your request after the project is complete.
  • We may keep payment records for the period required by accounting and tax obligations.

9Your rights

  • Access the data we hold about you and request a copy of it.
  • Correct any inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data after the project ends and legal obligations lapse.
  • Object to any processing that is not necessary to perform the agreement.
  • We respond to any such request within thirty days.

10Security

  • The connection to the site is fully encrypted, and no data is sent unencrypted.
  • Access to the internal operations console is limited and password-protected, and every change is logged.
  • Uploaded files are limited in size and type and are scanned before acceptance.

11Updating this notice

  • We may update this notice. The version applying to your transaction is the one published at the time payment is completed.
  • Any material change is communicated to owners of active projects via the registered email.
